Megan Crowningshield, LCSWI believe in meeting people where they are at. Some clients come to me with a clear idea of their goals for therapy while others don’t know where to start. There are situations in life that are difficult to navigate alone and I believe that providing a safe space to work through the challenges life throws at us is crucial.I have extensive experience working with the geriatric population as well as helping adult clients with stress and anxiety, coping with grief and loss, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence, & depression. My approach includes multiple modalities depending on the needs of the client.I offer a warm and empathetic approach to therapy. I am laid back and do not have a particular structure or expectation for sessions. My clients have often told me I help them feel understood, comfortable discussing sensitive issues, and to consider things from a different angle.
