Dr. Cromer is board certified by the American Academy of Family Practice and by the American Board of Addiction Medicine. Dr. Cromer has been practicing since 1989.
He attended medical school at the University of Oklahoma in Tulsa, OK. He completed his family practice residency at Bayfront Medical Center in St. Petersburg, FL. He started Northwest Family medical Center as a solo practice in 1989. He is also Medical Director of the Addiction Recovery Unit at Town & Country Hospital and Passport Health both located in Tampa, FL. Dr. Cromer is a member of the Christian Medical and Dental Association, American Academy of Family Physicians, Florida Academy of Family Physicians, and American Society of Addiction Medicine. He is married to Carol and has two grown sons and one daughter.
