Michele Smith is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over 20 years in the mental health field (15 of those years as a licensed professional). Michele specializes in the treatment of personality disorders, depression, anxiety, and anger management. Michele has worked extensively with adults and child with a history of defiance. Michele completed her Master’s degree at Fort Valley & State University and worked over a decade in communities helping to strengthen families through intensive family therapy. Michele utilizes multiple treatment approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.
