She completed her Master of Science Degree at the Institute of Clinical Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine and is a Licensed Acupuncturist in the State of Hawaii and the State of Texas. She is a certified Diplomate of Oriental Medicine (Dipl. O.M.) by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). Michelle completed her Doctoral studies in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine …(DACM) at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine. She also holds a double-major Bachelors degree and two Masters degrees.
During her doctoral program, Michelle completed a clinical rotation at Dripping Springs Pediatrics and built a bridge to integrative medicine.
Michelle is a local business leader in Austin and Dripping Springs. She is the Creator of Opportunities (COO) of MPOWER Dripping Springs, an active networking group of over 700 female entrepreneurs in the Dripping Springs area. In January 2022, she was elected to a 3-year term on the Dripping Springs Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. In January 2023, she was elected to the Board for the Dripping Springs Education Foundation (DSEF).
