Dr. Waner is among New York Magazine’s “Best Doctors” for 2008, as listed in the June 16, 2008 edition of the magazine. The New York Magazine list is excerpted from Castle Connolly’s annual guidebook, “Top Doctors: New York Metro Area.”

In November 2008, Dr. Waner received the “Power of One Award” from the Vascular Birthmarks Foundation, for his work changing perceptions and advancing the diagnosis and treatment of vascular birthmarks and related syndromes.
