My goal was to create a Family Medicine Practice where the objective was a caring and communicative place for people of all ages. My methods are designed to use basic and simple instructions to assist the client to reach their health goals by providing a plan that is tailored to their individual needs.I design meal plans that are specific to people suffering with obesity, autoimmune diseases, hypertension, diabetes, and high cholesterol.
