Dr. Parthasarathy graduated from Kempegowda Institute of Medical Science, Bangalore University, India in 1992. He practiced general medicine in India from 1992 to 2000. Dr. Parthasarathy completed General Psychiatry Residency in 2006 and Fellowship in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry in 2008 at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine at Bronx-Lebanon Hospital Center. He also served as a Chief Resident during Child Fellowship training.
Dr. Parthasarathy has extensive experience in treating children and adolescents. Dr. Parthasarathy provides psychiatric evaluation and medication management services to children, adolescents, and adults struggling with psychiatric illnesses including, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, mood disorder psychosis, attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder, developmental disorder, Tourette syndrome, oppositional-defiant disorder, pervasive developmental disorders, learning disabilities and Autism. His training goals are to achieve and maintain symptoms …remission and to restore function.
