Nabeel Saad is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 7 years of experience in the mental health field. He is passionate, motivated, highly empathetic, and dedicated to helping teens and adults with a wide variety of life challenges. This includes supporting those dealing with depression, isolation and loneliness, anxiety, panic attacks, PTSD, trauma, adjustment disorders, and relationship issues. Nabeel completed his Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) at Stony Brook University. Since graduating, he has spent years dedicated to helping individuals struggling with a wide variety of mental health issues. His motivation in this field stems from his desire to help cultivate positive changes for those struggling with life challenges, as well as from personal experiences of having friends and family members in recovery. Nabeel utilizes a holistic approach to treatment that includes balancing traditional cognitive behavioral (CBT) approaches that focus on changing …problematic thoughts and behaviors, with “third wave” and “positive psychology” techniques that emphasize an individual’s spiritual and emotional health, by focusing on happiness, mindfulness, meaning, and purpose.
