Meet Nina Patel, a seasoned therapist with over 20 years of experience, dedicated to providing support for individuals navigating relationship issues, complex psychological concerns, trauma, and overall mental well-being. Currently offering telehealth services for adolescents (ages 11 and up) and adults, Nina extends her expertise to couples, parents, and families. Her comprehensive doctoral training, coupled with diverse experience in various settings, including hospitals, universities, and a military behavioral health clinic, equips her to address a wide range of issues.
Nina’s approach is rooted in evidence-based treatments, combining cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness with a warm, caring style. With a holistic perspective, she emphasizes the interconnectedness of psychological, physical, and spiritual health.
