Dr. Palak Parekh is a board-certified dermatologist and dermatopathologist with an emphasis on skin cancer diagnosis and treatment, alopecia, complex medical dermatology, and acne.Dr. Parekh is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Society of Dermatopathology, and the Texas Dermatological Society. She received her certifications in dermatology and dermatopathology from the American Board of Dermatology.
