Dr. Paolo Vincenzo Venegoni, MD

PAOLO V. VENEGONI, M.D., earned his medical degree from the University of Milan, Milan, Italy. Dr. Venegoni completed an internship and residency training in Internal Medicine at the Baylor College of Medicine, Houston, Texas. Dr. Venegoni received fellowship training in cardiology at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston. While completing his Internal Medicine internship and residency programs in Houston, Texas, at the Baylor College of Medicine, Dr. Venegoni also served as a clinical research assistant for the Division of Endocrinology. While completing his fellowship in Cardiology, Dr. Venegoni was a research fellow of Vascular Cell Biology for the Division of Cardiology at the Texas Heart Institute in Houston.
Dr. Venegoni is trained in general cardiology, including cardiac catheterization, PTCA, coronary stenting, peripheral vascular angioplasty and stenting, pacemaker implantation, and CT angiography. Dr. Venegoni is board certified by the American Board of …Internal Medicine in Cardiovascular Disease and Interventional Cardiology. He is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology, and is a member of the American Society of Nuclear Cardiology, the Travis County Medical Society, the Texas Medical Association, and the American Medical Association. Dr. Venegoni is fluent in English, Italian, French, and Spanish.
