Dr. Recio was born and raised in Erie, PA. He attended Cathedral Prep High School and Allegheny College where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. Dr. Recio attended Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine prior to completing a Internship and Residency at The Western Pennsylvania Hospital.
When not at work Dr. Recio enjoys outdoor activities, sports, golf and wine.
