Dr. Paul Jay Orland, MD

Dr. Paul J. Orland, a native of Merrick, New York, attended the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry in Rochester New York. He completed his general surgery training at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick, New Jersey, and then served a fellowship in vascular surgery at Saint Louis University Hospital.
Dr. Orland’s surgical interests include all aspects of general surgery as well as peripheral vascular surgery – both arterial and venous disorders. He is a skilled laparoscopic surgeon.
Dr. Orland is Board Certified in General Surgery and Vascular Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He is a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society as well as the Society for Clinical Vascular Surgery. Dr. Orland is a member of the teaching faculty at Carolinas Medical Center, and is a recipient of the Attending Physician of the year Award for the Department of General Surgery.
