Dr. Paul Vincent Beck, MD

Dr. Paul Beck is a General Surgeon, who returned to the North State to start a practice in 2012. Dr. Beck is a local product, born and raised right here in Redding, Ca. The son of a local California Highway Patrolman, Dr. Beck was born at Mercy Medical Center and graduated from Shasta High School. It was here in Redding that he met his wife and they have been married for over 20 years. During that time, Paul obtained a Bachelor’s degree from UC Davis, earned his medical degree at Thomas Jefferson University, and completed his surgical residency at the Guthrie Clinic. Paul and Monica Beck have three children, who are now young adults.
Dr. Beck offers a broad range of surgical procedures and is happy to review any referral. Gallbladder surgery, hernia repair, and the surgical treatment of colon cancer make up the bulk of his surgical practice, but Dr. Beck also offers a hemorrhoid clinic and is able to treat 90% of patient’s hemorrhoid disease with a ‘pain free’ office …procedure.
