Dr. Peter Basta, MD

Dr. Basta has been with Midwest Neurosurgery since 2007. He attended medical school at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee. He completed his neurosurgery residency at Saint Louis University, and then completed his fellowship in cerebrovascular and skull base neurosurgery at Indianapolis Neurosurgical Group.
Dr. Basta is board certified in neurological surgery. He is a member of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons, Missouri State Neurosurgery Society, Missouri State Medical Association, the Metropolitan Medical Society and the Neurology/Neurosurgery Society of Kansas City.
