Dr. Richard A. Kohn
Dr. Richard Kohn recieved a Bachelors of Science Degree in both Chemistry and Biology from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana in 1974. He attended Loyola University School of Dentisrty in Maywood, Illinois receiving his D.D.S degree with honors in 1978.
Dr. Kohn enhanced his general dental education by completing a 12 month general practice residency at the University of Maryland Hospital, Baltimore in 1979. He returned to Loyola University School of Dentisrty where he completed his specialty training in endodontics and recieved his endodontic specialty degree and a Masters of Science degree in Oral Biology in 1981.
Following graduation, Dr. Kohn partnered with Dr. Gary Taylor practicing endodtontics in LaGrange, Illinois for 29 years. Upon Dr. Gary Taylor’s retirement in 2010, Dr. Kohn joined with Cameo Endodontics and continues t practice in the LaGrange office, making this office Cameo’s third location.
Dr. Kohn was an assistant clinical …professor at Loyola University School of Dentistry from 1981 until it’s closure in 1992. Dr. Kohn is a mamber of the American Association of Endodontics, American Dental Association, Illinois Association of Endodontics, Illinois State Dental Association, Chicago Dental Society of the Edgar D. Collage Endodontic Study Club.
Dr. Kohn live in the western suburbs of Chicago with his wife.
