Dr. Milligan received his BA degree from Stanford University in 1984. He attended Georgetown University School of Medicine graduating in 1995, followed by a residency at LAC-USC Womens and Childrens Hospital from 1995-1999. He is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Milligan has a special interest in recurrent pregnancy losses, infertility, urogynecology and adolescent medicine.
