Dr. Robert Paul Mcgahey, MD

Dr. Robert McGahey graduated from Wayne State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in biology. He also attended medical school at Wayne State and graduated in 2003. He completed his pediatric residency at St. John Hospital and Medical Center in 2006. He worked in academic medicine for three years before joining Cornerstone Lakeview Pediatrics in April 2009. He is board certified in general pediatrics and has special interest in asthma and sports medicine. He is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics and the American College of Physician Executives.
Lakeview Pediatrics is a group practice of eight board-certified pediatricians, providing quality health care for infants, children and young adults from birth to 21 years of age. We encourage parents to choose a primary physician for their child’s well care, but understand that in the case of same-day sick visits you will be able to see an alternate physician. We also have registered nurses who are very experienced in the health care of children and are happy to assist our parents and patients over the telephone whenever possible.
