Cardiologist Rohit Kedia, MD is board certified in both Cardiovascular Disease and Electrophysiology. He specializes in Cardiac Electrophysiology, the science of diagnosing and treating the electrical activities of the heart.
After medical school at the University of Arizona, Dr. Kedia completed his postdoctoral training at the University of California at Los Angeles, and Texas Heart Institute in Houston.
For the last eight years, he has practiced in Lufkin Texas, where he was selected as one of the town’s “Best Cardiologists” on multiple occasions.
Dr. Kedia served the Director of Electrophysiology at CHI St. Luke’s Health Memorial Lufkin. He is a member of the American Medical Association, and the Heart Rhythm Society.
His philosophy of care is to educate patients so they can become active participants in their care. He provides diagnostic and treatment options to help patients make decisions about their care.
Outside of the office, Dr. Kedia enjoys traveling, hiking, and …spending time with his family.
