Every day, when I wake up in the morning, it’s not “oh, I have to go to work,” it’s this is what I want to do, this is what I like to do and that’s why I still do it.
The most rewarding experiences that I have is helping people get back to their baseline state or even better than they were before they see me. That’s my goal, my ultimate goal. Many people have come very sick, heart attacks and other problems. It’s also very rewarding to see them get better and to see them get back to their baseline state.
Gratifying about this job is dealing with patients that truly are helped by the care that you give them. You can see that in their face, you can see that in the families, how they treat you and I consider myself very blessed and very rewarded by this.
