Dr. Brownfield earned a B.S. degree from Marshall University, Huntington, WV in 1981. He continued his education at West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine in Lewisburg, West Virginia where he received his D.O. degree in 1985. Internship and residency programs were completed at Doctor’s Hospital in Columbus, OH in 1988. Dr. Brownfield is board certified by the American Board of Family Practice and has been a member of the HIMG group since 1997.
