Dr. Samuel Peter Hinton, MD

Dr. Samuel Hinton is a board certified ophthalmologist and one of eight partners at EYE-Q Vision Care. He specializes in cataract surgery and laser vision correction using the most advanced technology available today. Dr. Hinton earned his medical degree from Loma Linda University in California and was Chief Resident in Ophthalmology at University of Louisville in Kentucky.
Dr. Hinton is a native of Fresno where he graduated from Fresno Christian High School and completed his undergraduate education at Fresno Pacific University. Dr. Hinton’s interest in ophthalmology was sparked by a childhood visit to this practice.
In his spare time he enjoys an active lifestyle of snow-skiing, water-skiing, home renovation, building things with his two sons and spending time with his wife and daughter. HeÂ’s also an avid photographer who relishes the opportunity to capture his childrenÂ’s sporting events and family vacations.
