Dr. Marshall graduated cum laude from Wake Forest University, Winston-Salem, NC in 1985. She returned to her hometown to receive her medical degree from Marshall University School of Medicine in 1989. She then entered the dermatology residency program at Wright State University in Dayton, OH where she was chief resident during the period of 1992-1993. Her father, William Echols, M.D., Cardiologist, one of Huntington Internal Medicine Group’s founding fathers, inspired Dr. Marshall’s career path. Dr. Marshall has been with HIMG since 1993.
