Dr. Jovkar’s training in Electrical and Computer Engineering, enable him to use technological advances in ophthalmology and surgery. Dr. Jovkar has also a Masters degree (M.Sc.) in the area of biomedical engineering. He has extensive experience in laser technology in the field of ophthalmology.
Before specializing in ophthalmology, Dr. Jovkar practiced general and internal medicine. …This experience was instrumental in providing him with a broad understanding of a patient’s overall medical problems.
