Scarlet Salinas, MMS, PA-C is a board-certified Physician Assistant specializing in medical and surgical dermatology at Texas Dermatology.She received a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from Florida State University and subsequently pursued a career as a PA, earning a Master of Medical Science from Nova Southeastern University in 2018. Prior to joining our team at Texas Dermatology, Scarlet worked as a dermatology PA in Florida. She gained valuable surgical experience working alongside a Mohs and reconstructive surgeon. She is well-versed in the medical management of dermatologic conditions and is passionate about skin cancer prevention, early detection, and treatment. Having been born in Chile and raised in Miami, Scarlet has exceptional bilingual skills that enhance our ability to provide excellent dermatologic care to San Antonio’s diverse population.
