Dr. Sean E. Markey, MD

Sean Markey, MD, is a board-certified neurosurgeon. Dr. Markey cares deeply about his patients’ whole health, enjoys the connections he forms with them, and is compelled to make a lasting positive impact for the betterment of their quality of life.
Dr. Markey earned his medical degree at University of Colorado School of Medicine. He completed his residency in neurosurgery at University of Colorado as well. He specializes in treating degenerative disorders of the cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine; spine trauma; brain tumors; and brain trauma.
Sean Markey, MD provides high-quality, compassionate care and believes in treating each patient with the respect and honesty they deserve. Dr. Markey accomplishes these goals by listening and working as a team to carefully select the appropriate treatment plan and through fastidious post-operative care.
When he’s not providing exceptional whole-person care to his patients, Dr. Markey enjoys spending quality time with his daughters …and grandchildren. He is also an avid skier, mountain biker and traveler.
