Dr. Loyd has practiced internal medicine for two decades. He served as an expert witness for the U.S Attorney, F.B.I and D.E.A against doctors improperly prescribing addictive medications. Dr. Loyd is a member of the Tennessee governor’s subcabinet and associate professor at East Tennessee State University.
