Steven A. Miyamoto, DDS
Dr. Steven Miyamoto is a graduate of UCLA Dental School and completed his residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey.  He also trained at Walter Reed Army Hospital in Washington D.C., the Long Beach Veterans Hospital, and the Staten Island University Hospital.  He also trained at the Canniesburn Oral and Maxillofacial and Plastic Surgery Hospital in Scotland, United Kingdom.
Dr. Miyamoto has been serving for several years as the Membership Chairman for the Orange County Dental Society.  He has also served as Chairman of the California Dental Association New Professional Committee.  He has been a liaison on the CDA Membership Committee and the Committee on Education and Professional Relations, and a Delegate at the CDA House of Delegates for several years.
Most recently, Dr. Miyamoto has helped the California State Dental Board construct the licensure examination for Oral Surgery Assistants.  He …also helps to organize overseas medical missions trips to Mexico, Guatemala, and China.
He is also a member of multiple local and national societies including the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, the Orange County Dental Society, Tri-County Dental Society, the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, and the California Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.
