Dr. Steven L. Bourla, MD

Steven Bourla, MD, graduated from New York Medical College in 1975 and completed his internal medicine residency at Long Island Jewish Hospital, New Hyde Park, New York. He was the Chief Medical Resident at Long Island Jewish Hospital the following year and then completed a two-year fellowship in nephrology at New York University Medical Center. He has been in practice in our Plainview office since that time. Dr. Bourla serves as a managing partner of Island Medical Group. He is an accomplished pianist and enjoys performing at local events.
