Teri Fox is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) through the Virginia Board of Counseling who has over 7 years of experience. She primarily specializes in treating clients of all ages who are coping with anxiety, depression, and PTSD. Teri believes that counseling is not a one size fits all profession; she uses a variety of best practices to assess where the client is, and where they want to go. Teri completed her Bachelor’s degree in Christian Counseling from Liberty University, then went on to complete her Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Lindsey Wilson College in 2017. Teri enjoys helping those in every stage of life, and practices from a cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) approach with elements of reality and psychodynamic theories.
