Dr. Thomas Cade Raggio, MD

After earning a BA in human biology from Stanford University, Dr. Thomas Raggio received his MD from Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans, LA. He subsequently completed an internship in general medicine at the University of Illinois at Chicago followed by a residency in radiology at Georgetown University Hospital in Washington, DC where he was named “Outstanding Resident of the Year” and also served as chief resident. He also underwent fellowship training in interventional radiology at Georgetown University Hospital. An active member of the Society of Interventional radiology, the American Roetgen Ray Society, the American College of Radiology and the American Medical Association, Dr. Raggio expertise is in vascular and interventional radiology with several special areas of interest including: fibroid embolization, venous insufficiency, and interventional oncology.
