Elizabeth comes from a lead dietitian position at an eating recovery center where her passion lies in helping others become their own definition of health. Elizabeth specializes in intuitive eating as she is on the road to becoming a certified intuitive eating counselor. She encourages her clients to reduce shame in food and movement choices but also uses gentle nutrition for all forms of medical nutrition therapy. Elizabeth is a Michigan native and St. Louis transplant. In her free time her passions are reading, cooking, trying new foods, hiking, and playing with her orange tabby cat, Freddie, who may join some sessions!
