We are evolving into heart-centered living- which is practicing empathy, compassion, collaboration, acceptance, cooperation, openness, interdependence, and curiosity. This is how I want to live, do you? I believe it is possible and heart-centered living starts with healing past wounds and freeing up our energy to take responsibility for our lives.
Our group practice is anti-racist, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and offers many avenues for growth and transformation.
We have specialties in EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and providing support and healing in group therapy and transformational workshops. We understand there is a strong connection between mind, body, and spirit and we work to integrate multiple modalities that facilitate healing in all three areas.

Seth Feldman (holds a Masters of Social Work from Metropolitan State University of Denver)
Meghan Hathaway, MA, LPCC… (working with anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, self-harm, and trauma related issues)
Sydney Gray, MSW (Sydney has a master’s degree in Social Work through the University of Central Florida)
Corinne McLellan, MA, LPCC (Corinne offers a unique approach to mental health counseling that considers the whole you)
Paige O’Hagan (Holistic approach ,client-centered, and trauma-informed, leaving room for eclecticism)
Sarah Rincon, LPCC ( Has a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy through the University of Florida.)
Alexia Silva, LPCC ( Holds a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adams State University)
Alicia Stephenson ( Holds a masters in Social Work, and she is currently a candidate for licensure as a Clinical Social Worker)
