My name is Joseph Fincher, Med, LPC-Associate, under the supervision of Noel C Gonzalez, PhD, LPC-Supervisor. I created Hopes for Healing Counseling and Consulting, PLLC to serve the needs of: – Those on a cancer journey; – The LGBTQIA+ community; – Those diagnosed/living with HIV; and – Those embarking on a journey of transition It is my goal to provide a safe, inclusive, equitable source for mental healthcare for all of the Houston community, while offering care to these specific groups. My focus modalities are Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Existential Therapy, EMDR, and Sandtray Therapy.
