Juliette Murphy APRN, PMHNP-BC, MSN specializes in the administration of SPRAVATO® (esketamine), a FDA-approved nasal spray used alongside an oral antidepressant for adults with treatment-resistant depression (TRD) or major depressive disorder (MDD) with suicidal ideation. This innovative therapy has shown promising results in providing rapid relief to individuals who have not responded adequately to other treatments.
In addition, Juliette specializes in the evaluation and management of psychiatric medication for depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and other diagnoses and provides personalized treatment plans for patients. Juliette can also help link patients to adjunct treatments as needed, including transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), IV ketamine and/or talk therapy.
