Meet Kate Morgan, MS, RDN, LD
Kate Morgan has more than 12 years of experience working in the dietetic field, focusing on diabetes care; women’s health through fertility, pregnancy and post partum; autoimmune health, thyroid conditions, and gut health.
Kate brings a deep understanding of nutrition science, genetics, food, emotional/relational health and pairs it with the life skills of cooking and grocery shopping to help support her clients to find true wellness.
She is a wife to her husband Blake, and mom to three boys, twins and their little brother, and understands the challenges of juggling life and self-care.

Kate believes in a functional, personalized approach to nutrition and works to look deeply into your health and nutrition choices to help you find a mindful, sustainable, and balanced way to eat while supporting your health goals. She enjoys utilizing technology and humor to help support her clients on their journey.

Kate enjoys spending time with her family: cheering loudly at her son’s soccer games; watching KC Chiefs football games; and playing board games–Splendor is her current favorite. In her limited spare time, she is a passionate reader of many genres; loves to cook and bake; grocery shopping might be her favorite type of shopping.
