I graduated with my bachelor’s in exercise science from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska and my master’s in nutrition from the University of Illinois at Chicago in Chicago, IL. I have been a dietitian for over 2 years now working in Chicago, IL and Seattle, WA. I have worked with all types of patients and many areas of nutrition. I am here to help clients set and achieve goals in order to improve their health. A goal I have for everyone is to create a healthy relationship with food. When I am not working as a dietitian, I am traveling, spending time with friends and family, reading, or being active.
