Welcome! I’m Kelly L. Fink, a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a passion for fostering whole-person health care. My mission is to be a part of the solution to our community’s and nation’s lack of available mental health providers by providing care to those who need it most, how they need it, and when they need it. I have a special interest in helping individuals manage serious mental health conditions, as well as depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, and addiction across all ages. Since November 2023, I’ve been providing comprehensive mental health services at Whole Mind Whole Body Health in Las Vegas, where I offer psychiatric evaluations, supportive and motivational therapy, and medication management. Additionally, since June 2021, I’ve been part of the University Medical Center of Southern Nevada’s family medicine team. Here, I take pride in caring for a wide range of chronic and acute psychiatric and physical …health issues. Education is key to my practice; I strive to empower patients and their families with knowledge to maintain stability and prevent crises. My background also includes serving as a Senior Airman in the US Air Force where I utilized my linguistic skills to support vital missions. This unique experience has enriched my ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals.
