Kristin received her Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition at Benedictine University and completed her dietetic internship at the University of Michigan Hospital and Health Centers. Kristin has experience working clinically as a pediatric dietitian at Mott’s Children’s Hospital. She is also certified as a health coach through the Institute of Transformational Nutrition. In addition to keeping up on the latest nutrition research, Kristin enjoys collecting gemstones, hanging out with her dog Simon, and hiking. She is also a huge fan of mushroom coffee, incense, and finding unique coffee shops to visit. Following her own struggle with an eating disorder, Kristin has come to firmly believe that food is nature’s medicine.
