Marie is a Registered Dietitian with a Master’s Degree in Physical Education with an emphasis in Cardiac Rehab. She’s worked in a variety of settings, from wellness centers to long-term care, and most recently in telehealth, all to help people improve their health through nutrition and lifestyle changes. She is also an avid cook and is a recipe developer for her website, where she shares her healthy recipes for family, friends, and others to enjoy. Marie is based in Wisconsin with her husband and enjoys spending time with her four kids, gardening, and going for long walks.
