We all struggle in our lives in a variety of ways. It is impossible to have a meaningful conversation and seek support when we are anxious, depressed, manic, or distracted.
I seek to find a path to your recovery by supporting you. I listen carefully and find a joint solution to your problems. I believe medication can be helpful when prescribed in small dosages, and when you are fully informed what the medication is supposed to do for you. I am focused on treating your symptoms, and not interested in labeling you with a diagnosis.
For the past 8 years, I worked in a fast-paced urban hospital assisting clients with anxiety, depression, SOGI-related trauma/PTSD, ADHD, and cyclic mood disorders. I offer traditional Rx therapy, as well as complimentary treatments ( diet, …exercise, sleep, lifestyle, etc.)
