Taylor graduated from Texas State University where she earned a Bachelor in Science degree in Nutrition. She later went back to obtain her Master’s Degree in Human Nutrition. Taylor’s passion for food and people is what led her to the outpatient and private practice space. She loves meeting people where they are, walking alongside them on their health journey, and helping them navigate and discover what works best. Taylor lives in Austin, Texas with her husband and loves lifting weights, exploring new coffee shops and restaurants with friends, swimming, and going on walks while listening to her favorite podcasts!
