Tiffany is a native San Diegan and dog parent of a beautiful rescue mutt. In 2010, after briefly working as a chemist, she transitioned into the field of health coaching. After many years spent furthering her professional studies, Tiffany gained a wide variety of experience working for the University of California, San Diego from 2015 to 2022 in both the inpatient medical centers and several outpatient clinics. Working at the UCSD Eating Disorder Center and the BrightQuest Treatment Center for mental health allowed her to effectively support complex patients from diverse backgrounds as they learned how to fully embrace radical body acceptance and intuitive eating practices.
