Working with survivors of domestic violence inspired me to pursue marriage and family therapy. Then, navigating personal loss and heartbreak led me to see a therapist and confirmed why I chose this path. I want to help you feel as empowered as I did to cultivate hope, overcome obstacles, and bring positive change to your life. I’ve worked with children, couples, families, and groups. I’m currently supporting older adults and their caregivers to create awareness, uncover and challenge negative beliefs, and build coping skills to better care for themselves. Specialties Anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss. Modalities Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), interpersonal psychotherapy (IPT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), and Prepare/Enrich. Education Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California — LMFT #131419 Master of Arts, Counseling Psychology (Marriage and Family Therapy), Argosy University, 2011 Bachelor of Arts, Communications, Public …Relations, California State University of San Bernardino, 2008
