I am a Dual-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatry and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over ten years of extensive nursing experience. My philosophy is “People don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care” (Theodore Roosevelt). I’m passionate about delivering compassionate care to patients dealing with major depressive disorder, anxiety disorders, and bipolar disorders. I understand that different experiences through a patient’s life journey can contribute to mental health issues. As such, I obtain detailed psychiatric histories and work with patients to create customized treatment plans.
At Thoughtful Mind Psychiatry, we provide very thoughtful and deliberate care. Through active listening and thoughtful questioning, we deliver excellent, evidence-based, compassionate care to adult patients. You’ll feel heard and not rushed or ignored in every visit. Our approach to treatment is always patient-centered.
