Dr. Alissa Brotman-O’Neill, a magna cum laude graduate from Harvard University received her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from ROWAN/SOM (formerly UMDNJ/SOM) where she also performed her residency in general surgery. She performed her Fellowship in Vascular Surgery at Mt. Sinai-Englewood Division- Englewood Hospital. She is board certified in Vascular Surgery. She currently has been appointed as Assistant Professor of Surgery at ROWAN/SOM. Dr Brotman-O’Neill enjoys teaching residents and medical students especially about the newest research and advances in venous disease and arterial disease. She has lectured to vascular surgery fellows on venous disease and treatment at The University of Pennsylvania Fellows Lecture Series. Dr. Brotman-O’Neill has additional accreditation in ultrasound vascular imaging. She currently lectures medical students at St. Peters University Hospital as well. She is recognized as a leader in the field of venous disease, including varicose veins and …disorders of the deep venous system. Dr. Brotman-O’Neill was present for first venous Clarivein procedure on humans in the United States and was the first to perform this technique in Mercer County, NJ. She is published in her field including The Journal of Vascular Surgery and has given lectures at the state and national level. Dr. Brotman-O’Neill has been recognized as a top doc in NJ Magazine, SJ Magazine. Dr. Brotman-O’Neill is a member of the Society of Vascular Surgeons, Peripheral Vascular Surgery Society, New Jersey Vascular Society, Eastern Vascular Surgery Society, and American Venous Forum. She has served on the Political Action Committee within the Society of Vascular Surgery. She serves on the board and is currently the President-elect for the New Jersey Vascular Surgical Society. Dr Brotman O’Neill also completed her hair restoration training under the world-renowned hair transplant surgeon, Dr. Jack Fisher. Her expert team in Princeton, NJ has accomplished numerous procedures dedicated to the restoration of natural hairlines. She is an expoert in both men and women hair loss utilizing the most advanced techniques including Neograft, PRP and stem cell and the FUE technique. She offers solutions for all aspects of hair restoration including hairlines, beards and eyebrows.
