Amanda specializes in depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, religious trauma, and major life transitions. Amanda is passionate about assisting clients in finding internal safety, meeting their individual goals, and breaking cycles of generational trauma. Amanda completed her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health from Regent University. As an artist, painter, quilter, gardener, baker, and coffee enthusiast, Amanda enjoys incorporating art and creativity into her therapeutic approach.
