Dr. Anatoly Jay Bulkin, MD

With the arrival of Dr. Bulkin in July 2003, San Diego Inland Vascular Associates (SDIVA) was formed as San Diego County’s first collaborative effort between surgeons and radiologists. Our mission is to provide state of the art medical imaging, diagnosis and the treatment of peripheral vascular disease. This mission has broadened to include the diagnosis and treatment of neurovascular diseases, oncologic therapy and general surgery. SDIVA primarily serves inland north San Diego County with a strong association with Palomar Pomerado Health. We provide vascular and non vascular surgery of which many are minimally invasive procedures. Go to www.sdiva.com for additional information. Dr. Anatoly Bulkin is a member of San Diego Inland Vascular Associates. He attended Medical School at the University of Southern California following his undergraduate education at UCLA. His internship and general surgery residency were completed at Kaiser Permanente Medical Center Los Angeles, CA. This residency included rotations of Liver Transplant Surgery at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and Trauma Surgery at Los Angeles County Hospital University of Southern California. Dr. Bulkin them completed a Vascular/Thoracic Surgery and Endovascular Therapy Fellowship at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. He is board certified by the American Board of Surgery and is eligible for the Vascular Surgery Boards.
