My nephew was found in his exs crawlspace 3.5 months after he was reported missing. We were able to obtain the autopsy identification photos MONTHS before we were sent the actual report. Which was over a year wait time, and only sent after the district attorney called and requested it to be released. NOTHING IN THE REPORT ALIGNED WITH THE PHOTOS! Nothing in the photos was explained. The report states that there are NO INJURIES but the photos tell a different story. The photos show decay covering his entire rib cage in ONE PHOTO, the other photos show his ribs are flesh toned. He had chest hair in 2 photos, none in the others. There’s missing tissue on his calf, no explanation, throat cut, not acknowledged, foreign objects in his face, poorly edited to conceal, stab wounds under his left arm, not documented, yet the scar on the bottom of his foot that we can’t even see was documented.. his cause of death is listed as an overdose. The property listed included a driver’s license he’s never even had. Liquid in a medicine bottle that wasn’t tested. I’ve called the office and Dymon refuses to let me speak to this “pathologist,” or her assistant Edward Spencer Jr. I’ve sent email’s to Tiffany O’Neil, unacknowledged. If I could give 0 stars I would. What yall are doing is absolutely unacceptable and you deserve to rot in prison for the hell yall have caused COUNTLESS families. Why choose a career that requires you to be a decent human being if you’re not capeable of being one?
