Dr. Anthony John Celifarco, MD

Anthony J. Celifarco, M.D., is the Director of the Division of Gastroenterology at St. Francis Hospital. He is also a partner at Gastrointestinal Associates of Long Island, with offices in Manhasset and Glen Cove, and serves on the Infection Control Committee and the Nutrition Committee at St. Francis. Dr. Celifarco has co-authored multiple articles published in Gastroenterology and the American Journal of Gastroenterology. He is a Vice President of the hospital’s Executive Medical Staff Committee. Dr. Celifarco is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians, the American College of Gastroenterology and the American Gastroenterological Association. He is also a member of the American Medical Association and New York State Society of Internal Medicine.
